• Tooth preparation: The dentist will isolate the tooth with a rubber dam to keep it dry. Then, he’ll create a small access opening on the tooth.
• Cleaning: The dentist will carefully remove the infected tissues and clean the canals thoroughly until all the infection is gone. Our office uses the WaveOne Gold file system to navigate even curved canals with minimal risk of breakage.
• Sealing: Cleaned and disinfected canals are filled with gutta-percha. This biocompatible material stabilizes the tooth and protects it from future bacterial infiltrations.
• Restoration: The dentist restores your tooth with a customized dental crown, restoring its strength and appearance. You can now chew and speak without pain or sensitivity.
